01 Payment Milestones & Refunds
First Payment
The first installment covers essential startup and administrative work:
- Application preparation
- Documentation review
- Initial processing
Once the process has started, this payment is generally non-refundable.
Second Payment
The second installment is required only after the work permit has been issued. As this milestone confirms the successful completion of a major service phase, refunds are not applicable at this stage.
Final Payment
The final payment is required after the visa has been successfully granted by the embassy, representing the full completion of our commitment.
Visa Decisions
Visa approvals are determined exclusively by immigration authorities and embassies of the respective countries.
Processing Delays
Processing timelines depend on government authorities and external factors which may vary significantly.
